Material Coordinator (Maintenance), NAFFCO, Dubai, UAE

Job Description

Arranging reports (Salesman's Monthly Collection Forecast Report, Salesman's Weekly Reports, Weekly Attendance Report, Quarterly Reports of Maintenance Department)

Filing & recording Manager's documents

Assisting & Coordinating with entire co-worker

Crossed-checking of the quotations and any documents before submitting to the Manager for signatory/approval

Arrange & organize meetings & to maintain a record of agendas, maintain a follow up of the tasks

Attending phone calls, being the first point of contact for all enquiries, complains & follow ups

Receiving all documents via emails

Preparing Sales Order, Performa Invoices & Purchase requests for the confirmed orders and preparing management expense orders upon request purposes, arranging safety items & tools for technicians as per the requests

To supervise the Material coordinators in day to day activities

To provide necessary support to the Material coordinators as and when required

Arranging the materials and delivering the same on time for the customers and to our operations team according to scheduled time frame

Closing the sales orders upon receiving the work completion report and submitting the invoices for the credit customers upon closing the order

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any Discipline

Minimum 2 years of experience as Material Coordinator

Knowledge in Oracle is must

experience in preparing sales order, invoices & purchase request

Must have knowledge in Contracting/AMC/Maintenance coordination

knowledge in Microsoft application

Flexible, Quick learner and organized
