Defining specifications and analysing user requirements
Participating along with business units in choosing software solutions/providers
Planning and monitoring IT projects
Deploying IT solutions
Ensuring the proper functioning of the IT solutions deployed
Supervise and ensure corrective maintenance
Supervise and ensure evolutionary maintenance
Manage existing IT solutions
Propose and carry out actions to ensure the proper functioning of existing IT solutions
Suggest IT improvements in line with the company's new objective
Requirements
Minimum, Bachelor degree + Academic background: Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, System Analysis, Engineering or other similar areas
Professional experience and knowledge:
· Strong Knowledge regarding Business processes
· Knowledge of IT Industrial solutions
· Knowledge on infrastructure hardware, network & server (Windows and/or SQL) systems management. Hands- on experience is an advantage
· Awareness on computerized systems validation
· Have experience and/or knowledge on ERP (SAP is preferred) and other Pharma industry related applications (Lims, MES)
· Strong Service / Customer mindset
· Strong project management skills in order to lead strategic projects and meetings
· Process improvement & Innovation mindset
· Strong communication & presentation skills
· More than 5 years of experience in IT, management experience is a plus

Support and conform to Company HSE rules and procedures to ensure a safe, healthy, and pollution free work environment.
Follow HSE guidelines and take all necessary measures applicable to effectively implement the ‘HSE action plan (PASS)’ in the work area and the activities.
Follow the HSE rules and ‘Act responsibly’ to protect yourself and others from an injury and ill health conditions while at the work locations and/or while using road e.g traffic rules, emergency evacuation procedure, medical surveillance, healthy lifestyle, no smoking inside the office premises etc.
Attend HSE training and implement the learnings.
Participate in the HSE related activities, campaigns, events etc. and adopt the learning in day to day work activities.
Report all the accident/ incident (if any) to the Line Manager and the HSE Manager, and help to investigate further.
Thoroughly read all HSE instructions, procedures, policies issued by the Company, and comply with its requirements. Escalate any doubts or uncertainties to the Line Manager.
