Make your mark as a HR Administrator at Horizon Geosciences!

As HR Administrator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of HR support duties including the maintenance of HR data, employee records, and personnel files.

Your responsibilities as a HR Administrator

Managing employee performance appraisal.

Managing training plans and records.

Managing employee leave records.

Monitor employee attendance and preparing monthly reports.

Organize and maintain personnel records.

Provide administrative assistance to the HR department.

Your qualities and experience

You can make your mark as HR Administrator if you have:

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum 2 years experience in HR

Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law

Proficiency in MS Office

Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.

Your team: You will be part of the HR Department.

Where you will work: You will be working in our office in SAIF Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

Fulltime/ part- time job: The position of HR Administrator is a full-time job.
