We are looking for a Risk Engineering Support to join our team and play a key role in our Middle East Team. Reporting to the Risk Engineering Manager, this individual will carry out tasks that support the business and ensures that the team delivers a high quality and cost effective service to its customers (internal and external).
Job Accountabilities
As Risk Engineering Support, your role will involve:
• Respond to and resolve enquiries and problems, judging when to pass complex queries on to or involve others, to provide an effective customer service and clear advice to colleagues and customers.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for the improvement of processes and systems.
• Prepare documents, presentations and other materials to a clear brief, using established formats and standard software, to present the content clearly and accurately.
• Develop a practical understanding of how processes and systems in own area of work relate to the overall engineering proposition.
• Provides a complete admin support service to the surveyor field force and/or consultancy services.
• Assists other team members so that team objectives are achieved on a daily basis.
• Carries out non routine duties as required by the Support Manager.
• Provides administrative support to other aspects of engineering as directed by Line Manager.
Job Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Administration. Degree in Engineering is an advantage.
1 to 2 years of experience in the Insurance and Re-insurance industry.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
