Our client is an automotive group with a strong presence across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They are currently seeking a National Sales Manager based in Riyadh, who will be responsible for driving sales across the entire kingdom.
The successful candidate will be a fluent Arabic speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will have a proven track record in premium brand sales, ideally with BMW, Mercedes-Benz or Lexus. In this role, the National Sales Manager will be responsible for coaching and developing their team to achieve their sales targets.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
Manage and lead the sales team to drive performance and productivity
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to ensure targets are achieved
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers
Requirements
Fluent in Arabic and English
Proven track record in premium brand sales, ideally with BMW, Mercedes-Benz or Lexus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and coaching abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
Salary & Benefits
Base salary SR 35,000 to SR 38,000 per month plus an excellent bonus scheme, accommodation, company car, healthcare, annual ticket etc…
