Your responsibilities
Reprocessing products
Accessories check before reprocessing & during final packing.
Carry out disinfection for all incoming customer products, loaner & Demo units
Incoming & Final inspection for repair items
Review all customer documentation prior to incoming & final inspection stage ensuring customer requirements are addressed.
Perform incoming inspection of Endoscope and optimize cost estimation in accordance with Olympus standards.
Responsible for final inspecting of repaired items maintaining quality standards in accordance with TSGG & OEKG.
Approve judgment to ship out repaired product based on final inspection pass result after repair.
Carry out final cleaning & packing of all products (scope / equipment ) after repair.
Perform PAE / PQI analysis on applicable devices received for repair and record report
Maintain proper working environment
Maintain all standard repair environment, Health & Safety well in accordance with TSGG.
Maintain proper working and storage condition of assets, tooling & test equipment as per standard both at Reprocessing and inspection area.
Maintain 6S condition at Reprocessing, inspection and assigned areas of workshop.
Achieve Set KPI Targets
To achieve all KPI targets related to inspection / repair lead time and repair quality through repair activities.
Check all the daily KPI targets and repair according to the assignment maintaining timeline.
Achieve Set Quality Standards
Attend technical and other related trainings in line with requirement and self-development
Engage & propose in activities related to cost reduction and process improvements ideas.
Additional support
Registration of incoming products in SAP system.
Approved Cost estimates received from MSBU to be processed for parts allocation and part picking.
Warehouse activities: ordering of spare parts / consumables, control of safety setting and control of expiries.
Peripheral Equipment Incoming inspection & Repair
Repair all Equipment according to defective condition and quotation confirmed by customer. Follow SOPs defined in repair manuals & method sheets. Record repair status to computer-based Service management system ( SAP)
Carry out final quality Self-inspection check through out repair process and cleaning for all products after repair.
Maintenance checks on electronic peripheral test units used in workshop
Your qualification
Relevant experience in Technical knowledge of medical devices
Analytical experience (setup and tools)
Analytical skills and a good technical knowledge
Goal oriented way of working
Risk-taking
High level of flexibility
Very good communication skills and command of English- both written and spoken
