The opportunity
Looking for a quality-focused, multi-faceted and agile Manager – Transformation Office to lead and drive Injazat’s Lean Six Sigma initiatives, helping the organization streamline & optimize its operations while enhancing customer delight. You will get to leverage your Six Sigma expertise to fast-track the growth trajectory of one of the leading high-visibility digital transformation companies in the MENA region.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
You will manage Injazat’s Lean Six Sigma programs & projects, working closely with the executive leadership team to design and implement process improvement initiatives with a focus on reducing waste, improving overall efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Lead and manage the Lean Six Sigma program across the organization, working with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
Design, implement and manage Lean Six Sigma training programs to develop the capabilities of employees across the organization.
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and communicate a Lean Six Sigma roadmap that aligns with the company's larger strategic objectives.
Monitor and report on the progress of Lean Six Sigma projects, using data to identify areas for improvement and to measure the impact of initiatives.
Qualifications
To qualify you must have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt or Master Black Belt)
8+ years of experience in process improvement, project management and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams
