This role is based in our Dubai studio. You will be assisting your Team Leader to deliver projects with high quality design outcomes for our clients. This position requires a strong, design-minded Architect/Designer, with high level conceptional capability. This career growth opportunity will allow you to gain valuable experience working alongside our Directors and other Team Leaders. You need to have a positive, and professional attitude towards clients and fellow co-workers.
Role and responsibilities:
Work closely with the Team Leaders/Director in charge in the ideation and evolution of our projects design and assist in resolving complex design issues
Ability to communicate in sketches, 3D vignettes and technical drawings
Manage the day to day running of projects including client liaison
Undertake the production of the project in accordance with that brief
Liaising and ability to coordinate with external consultants, including cross checking of
Happy to be hands on and work across the documentation stages when required
What you will need:
4+ years’ experience (or equivalent) working in the Architecture field
Hold at minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Proven experience on large scale projects
Proven experience creating forward thinking design concepts
Proven experience in 3D modelling software such as Sketchup and Enscape
Rhino and Grasshopper skills are highly desirable
Proven experience in Adobe Suite (Indesign, Photoshop , Illustrator)
Revit skills desirable
Demonstrate skills in overarching concept design to design development
Demonstrate technical knowledge of project delivery requirements
Ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members
