We are currently working with a reputed Investment Management Group based in the ADGM who are looking for a seasoned paralegal to join their legal team. This role has excellent career progression potential and a very welcoming environment.
Key requirements:
Must be currently based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi with at least 5 years of regional experience working in-house or a law firm in a corporate department.
Excellent Excel, Word and Outlook skills
Experience with corporate commercial law and contract law
Experience with M&A transactions
Experience reviewing general commercial contracts, NDAs and other similar agreements
General understanding of KYC/AML compliance requirements and documentation
Experience dealing with UAE and Abu Dhabi/Dubai regulatory agencies related to company formation and management, including ADGM & DIFC
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Generally strong computer skills and the ability to learn and use new technology
Strong research and communication skills, including writing short reports based on research
Paralegal certificate/degree from recognized institution
