The Role

 

To provide a professional and prompt service on all types of Atlas Copco Rental Equipment, consisting of various sizes of portable compressors, generators, membranes and boosters.

Focus on continuously developing a Customer care-driven culture and Supporting the improvement of our rental and service response to our customers and our operational excellence.

Drive and develop quality process improvements that focus on safety, operations and customer service. Adhere to health and safety policy and other requirements relating to the care of equipment.

Strong focus on continuous improvement in digital solutions in our customer communications and relations.

Establishing good customer relationships & maintaining regular contact with all customers, especially key accounts & ensuring an excellent standard of service.

To provide a professional and prompt service on all types of Atlas Copco Rental Equipment, consisting of various sizes of portable compressors, generators, membranes and boosters.

Focus on continuously developing a Customer care-driven culture and Supporting the improvement of our rental and service response to our customers and our operational excellence

Promptly carry out servicing and maintenance on rental machines

Effectively diagnose mechanical and electrical faults

Attend breakdowns promptly and whenever required

Train customers and Atlas Copco personnel as required, on the general operation of the rental machines when and where required

Assist in the planning of daily and weekly visit schedules

To be aware of, and apply, Health and Safety regulations in the Service Centre and on-site

To apply good standards of engineering practice at all times

Take part in call-out rotation

Maintain test instruments, to ensure they remain in good condition

Effectively promote the Atlas Copco Compressor company image

Perform related duties as required to maintain good housekeeping

Essential: 

Experience in the maintenance and repair of Atlas Copco compressors is required

Good knowledge (written & oral) of English

A team player who is also able to work independently.

Dynamic personality & Self-motivated

Knowledge of Computers (Microsoft Office)
