Job Purpose:
To develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's commercial logistics marketing strategy and initiatives, including events, marketing collateral, and transactional social media.
Key Accountabilities:
Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy, including events, marketing collateral, and social media, to drive conversions and transactions
Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns that drive business growth and increase market share
Lead the development of marketing collateral and collateral library, including sales materials, case studies, and white papers, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
Plan and execute events, including trade shows, webinars, and customer events, to build brand awareness and generate leads;
Work with regions and group to determine which events to attend to
Develop and manage the company's social media presence to drive conversions transactions
Work with group communications to align on brand positioning, sponsorship, and communications
Develop and manage a marketing budget, and track ROI for all marketing initiatives
Work closely with the product and customer service teams to develop and implement marketing programs that support new product launches and customer engagement initiatives
Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on events, marketing collateral, and social media
Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and increase market share
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Experience managing budgets and tracking ROI for marketing initiatives
Familiarity with emerging digital technologies and trends in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling marketing messages and content
Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is an additional advantage
