Summary:
The Global TPA Implementation department is a dynamic and fast-paced team with multiple business concerns and demanding schedules. The role of the Senior Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize the assigned project according to strict deadlines and within budget. Reporting to the Head of Global TPA and managing a team of Project Managers and Specialists, the incumbent will be required to oversea the team in fulfilling their project assignments and coordinate with the various entities internally and externally to support the business and insure the project outcomes are achieved. He/she must manage multiple facets of the CEO’s projects, balancing each aspect with precision, sensitivity, and discretion.
Main Tasks:
•Organizes, directs, controls and monitors all the tasks of the project and coordinates the other teams/depts. involved in the project in order to ensure a smooth launch, progress and closure of the project within the given constraints of time, cost and scope and with a level of quality that is agreed beforehand and accepted by Head of TPA
•Acts as the key point of contact with internal and external stakeholders and maintains an efficient flow of information between all levels of the organization internally and externally on a wide spectrum of plans and priorities; develops and maintains good working relationships across the organization and reports all back to the Head of TPA
•Organizes, attends and facilitates meetings with team and stakeholders; effectively communicates relevant project information and updates to project stakeholders, internally and externally.
•Collects and interprets data to produce reports; prepares proposals and business plan documents as needed.
•Assesses critical factors and dependencies for project delivery.
•Prepares communication and presentation material for the Senior Management strategic meetings and initiatives.
•Handles confidential and sensitive information with tact, poise, and diplomacy.
•Clearly understands the project objectives, challenges, assumptions and ensures the project is viable from a cost-benefit perspective
•Leads projects in a transparent and productive way, applying standard project management practices and company standards.
•Manages handoff between Projects and the end users, ensuring smooth implementation and troubleshooting with least operational downtime
•Develops the statement of work, budget, plan, and schedule and communicate them effectively.
•Works directly with other related departments to manage project expectations and financial implications.
•Plans resource requirements and ensures optimum use of shared resources, as per project plan.
•Effectively communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. This includes regular team updates on project execution, such as project status meetings, monthly project reviews and other collaboration opportunities.
•Facilitates change management process within the business to ensure project benefits are ascertained.
•Demonstrates an ongoing commitment to professional growth in project/program management and other key areas.
•Will require to work closely with other Nextcare and Allianz Partners entities to carry out project requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
•Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree; PMP certified or any similar project management certification is highly recommended.
•5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
•Physically fit to carry out duties.
•Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
•Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills
