Job Description:

• Supports administration operations audit support / recommendations and

documentation processes​.

• Supports with the implementation and follow up of number ot HR initiatives .

• Participate in the local and regional Health and safety initiatives, such as

toolbox talks providing the team give input to how execution of processes is

proceeding in the local business units

• Courier and mails: Arranging and tracking international and local courier

• services. Handling mail distributions by collecting and distributing mails.

• Office matters: Manage the maintenance of office and service contracts.

• Vendors: responsible for hotel bookings, flight and transportation arrangements for

business. In charge of office and general administration of service providers such

as medical health insurance and car rental companies. Requisition of stationeries

/office supplies/pantry supplies and ordering office stationeries, pantry inventories.

• Visitors: Greeting all staff and visitors to the office (the face of the

• company). Receiving guests and providing assistance.

• Supporting with the updating of all processes are to reflect the overall regional

goals / directs. This is not exclusive to conducting management review meetings;

setting, implementing, monitoring EHS objectives. Controlling QHSE related local

documentation and processes etc

Job Requirements

Individual Expertise:

 

• Minimum of 2 years in QHSE and administrative level either

• Bachelor’s degree / diploma preferred or minimum of 3 years in QHSE or Business Administration

 

 

Assets:

Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others and gain respect

Strong influencing skills; Strong documentation and training skills  

Strong analytical, detail driven, and problem solving skills
