Team Assistant – DIFC
12,000 - 15,000 AED per month + bonus + flexi working
Must be residing in the UAE
My client is looking for a Team Assistant to join their growing firm based in beautiful offices in DIFC. They are seeking a Team Assistant to support a small team of EAs. It is essential you have experience working in a corporate environment.
Duties Include:
Assist with Front of House duties
Providing extensive administrative support
Diary management
Expense management
Answering telephones and emails professionally and in a timely manner
Collating presentations / reports
Booking and arranging meeting rooms
Filing management
Prepare, edit and proofread documentation
General administration and day-to-day duties
YOU ARE
To be successful in this Team Assistant role you must exhibit a high level of resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment, and it is essential you have Team Assistant experience. You must have strong administration skills and be comfortable liaising with people of all seniority levels.
SKILLS
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
Highly proficient in analytical, written and verbal communications
Team player
Excellent organisational skills
Be discreet with confidential information
Personable, loyal, professional
Requirements
2-3 years working as a Team Assistant role
Experience working in a Finance, Legal or Professional Services
Essential you live in UAE– applicants outside of this region cannot be considered
The role is based in Dubai
