- At least 2-3 years of core sales experience in Personal Finance sales product in a bank in UAE.
-Should be currently selling personal finance sales as their core product in a UAE bank.
-Candidates should be targeting good salary segments to sell their products to.
-Eligible candidate should be preferably working on Fresh buy out loans. Candidates working on PDC financing, their targets should be at least 1 mn above per month.
-Increase market share of products and acquire more customers and function in line with the Group's overall business strategy.
-Provide excellent customer service.
-Bring new companies to the bank's approved list of employers and capitalize on relationships to increase overall penetration of retail banking products.
-Good knowledge of the UAE market, existing policies and existing customers based on quality service.
-Build and leverage key business relationships to maximize market share and achieve sales through the Personal Finance product as well as cross selling of other Emirates Islamic products during customer interactions.
-Explore New markets and customers within the assigned territory to enhance sales volumes.
-Create and build customer awareness on new products through mailers, personal visits to prospect business.
-Achieve cross selling targets of non assigned products and services to contribute to revenues and market presence.
Qualifications
-University graduate with 2-3 years of direct sales/service experience in UAE Banks.
-Excellent communication skills, result oriented, good public relations and analytical thinking.
-Outstanding customer service skills, goal oriented, results driven and bilingual with English is a must.
-Selling and marketing skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and in stressful environments.
-Hard working and focused.
