Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategy
1. Develop and review segment strategy for sales and service and related KPI
2. Setting up annual plans that translate segment strategy objective to customer level
tactical actions.
3. Monitor and report current market trends, competition, share and developments to
country manager and other stakeholder
4. Provide recommendations on enhancing incentives schemes for the team
5. Capitalize on customer full storage and distribution business at local and regional levels.
6. Integrate with customer business through EDI (Electronic Data Exchange)
Team Management
1. Participate in and support/coach critical sales and service activities of team
2. Monitor overall sales and service performance (sales performance, visitations, service
problems, potential/prospect)
3. Organize regular team leaders meetings
Financial Performance
1. Accountability for delivering GP targets for the assigned segment
Planning
1. Effectively plan and allocate needed resources to achieve segment objective.
2. Increase utilization of resources and technology to reduce cost.
3. Lead solution development effort to fully satisfy customers’ needs
4. Regularly review existing processes to improve and ensure effective delivery of service.
5. Participate in preparing investment proposals for projects requiring investments decisions.
Interaction With Customers
1. Develop strong relations with decision makers on customer side
2. Regularly visit customers together with team leaders
3. Participate in exhibitions, events to bring leads to the teams to generate more business
