Responsible for all Talent Acquisition.
Manages the recruitment process, candidates screening and selection process.
Monitor and approve the payroll process for the plant, keeping track of compensation & benefits related issues with the payroll responsible.
Control Monthly HR Cost vs Budget with relevant Comments in coordination with Payroll & Controlling Specialist of GCC
Responsible for all benefit file maintenance including enrolling and terminating process.
Creation of new Policies
Make sure plant Compliance of HR policies and exceptions has to be within Cost Control Framework.
Responsible of HR Budget full cycle.
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
Monitors performance evaluation program and support the HR team in ALPLA People administration.
Manages the promotion cycles as well as succession planning process
Act as Business Partner with all department heads to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
Act as Business Partner with all plant employees in proving daily HR guidance and support
Conduct Exit Interviews makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.
Represent the company for any Unemployment Claims
Prepare offer letters and employees contracts
Manages all GRO related Topics
Track documentation of external employees
Optimizes all HR administrative processes.
Ensures Plants within the country are in compliance with the rules and regulations related to Audit requirements.
WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT
Bachelor's degree in related field & 5+ years of experience directly related to HR & Administration
Sound understanding of UAE Labour Law, employment practices, policies and procedures
Excellent Communication skills and ability to communicate with different nationalities
Fluent English Language and Arabic is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills
Must have diverse experience with blue and white collar workers.
It is required to act in safe and environmentally responsible manner at all times by adhering to all ALPLA policies and procedures and safety standards
