About You
We are currently looking for a Team Assistant Operations to provide full support to the following departments: Commercial, Medical, Marketing, Market Access, and Regulatory Affairs as well as to have an overview over on-going business projects and processes.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Commercial support
Coordinate with the sales team for the logistics of round table meeting
Ensure completion and archiving of post event documents
Update sales on monthly basis
Track commercial expense vs budget
Track sales monthly analysis Vs Budget
Medical support
Consolidation of all medical activities in MENA
Preparation and documentation of all educational grants for HCP sponsorships to national/international conferences
Management of medical virtual activities: platform, speaker agreement
Management and contracting of third-party agreements/MSA for medical activities: advisory boards, medical projects
Ensure completion and archiving of post medical event documents
Marketing support
Support tracking medico-marketing expenditure Vs Budget
Coordinate local and international events / meetings; including logistics, catering, equipment needs, ex-ternal dinners and related tasks
Consolidation of all marketing activities in MENA
Preparation and documentation of all sponsorships to national/international conferences
Management and contracting of third-party agreements/MSA for marketing activities: promotional pro-jects
Ensure completion and archiving of post marketing event documents
Other support
Contract management - prepare speaker agreements, consultancy agreements, service agreements and confidentiality agreements for third parties.
Coordinate local and international events / meetings; including logistics, catering, equipment needs, visi-tor accommodations, external dinners and related tasks
Review & validate invoices before transfer to Finance
Support a compliance-based culture in Middle East Affiliate
Record the transparency data for the MENA region
You bring with you the following knowledge and experience:
Minimum Requirements:
Computer skills and ability to use the company database, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
University degree in Business Administration or any equivalent
Min 2 – 5 years’ experience as Assistant, Office management role
Experience in an international environment
Preferred Requirements:
Pharma experience
International environment

You demonstrate a service-oriented approach to all activities; you are willing to learn new approaches and adapt to change, then we would very much like to hear from you.
