DESCRIPTION
Job summary
An experienced senior program manager to own and manage campaign execution for multiple Ad Products across the globe within Brand Product Accelerator org. The ideal candidate would have a passion for driving new initiatives launches and expanding the Ad Products internationally, enjoys working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders including Amazon’s largest advertising clients and much more. The candidate should have a managerial experience and be able to manage, hire and develop a team of program managers working on multiple Ad products globally. The candidate should have strategic thinking and be able to scale and partner with engineering team to make Ad products self serve. This person should be able to build business rationale to manage prioritization, apply experimentation framework, create roadmaps and long term org vision path.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of program management experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced digital culture
• Experience working across organizational boundaries to influence and deliver results.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Expert understanding of digital advertising
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a global context, with a proven ability to effectively build for customer engagement in multiple countries
• MBA and/or advanced degree in a finance, economics, or a technical discipline
• The base pay range for this position is $151,164-224,967/yr. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
