Restaurant Manager, Middle Eastern / Israeli Cuisine, New opening, Bahrain
Salary up to $3,000 per month, Tax Free, Ex Pat Package
Our client is a leading restaurant group in the Bahrain market with over 40 outlets with multiple brands
We are looking for Restaurant Manager to take charge of opening a new Middle Eastern / Israeli restaurant.
Things you will be doing as Restaurant Manager:
Overseeing the opening of a new outlet on a day-to-day basis with a hands-on approach.
Reporting into the company General Manager
Manage and monitor work quality and guest satisfaction
Interview, select, train, & supervise the team.
Understand and explain all financial reports related to the department
Visually inspect and take actions to ensure that all facilities look appealing and attractive to guests
Provide guidance for improvement and implement necessary adjustments
Evaluate, and take the necessary actions regarding guest comments & feedback
Building relationships with all guests to obtain feedback on the quality of service
Investigate and resolve guest complaints in a timely manner
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
Experience in managing independent restaurants
Must have restaurant opening experience
Must have run Middle Eastern Operations,
Awareness in all restaurant operations
An eye and attention for detail
Excellent people skills
Great customer service skills
Interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction
