In this role, you will lead a department that is composed of different teams and work at multinational or global level. Alternatively, this is a leadership role for a large and complex organization with local scope. Typically you'll manage other senior professional (SPB) or executive leaders (EB).
As a Region Product Line Director - Drilling and Completions Fluids - MENATI, you will be responsible for:
Being able to present a clear and compelling vision on strategy, business and support of own unit.
Persuading senior business management to change structures, roles, ways of working.
Being able to gauge a multi-layered department and to lead team in developing and implementing a midterm plan.
Leading a department (functional area or organizational unit) that is composed of different teams and works on multinational or even global level or leadership roles for large and complex organizations with local scope.
The work done in the department(s) is of a high professional level. It requires a solid technological and methodological background of the employees working in those departments. Time is dedicated not only to complex cases requiring interpretation and ad hoc development of rules but is also concerned with developing new approaches, methods and tools.

Have experience in and/or outside the organization with typically 10+ years relevant business experience.
Have experience in managing others for at least 2 years.
Have a knowledge level comparable to a Master level degree.
Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
Possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Be able to work independently
