Summary:
The Health Ecosystem Management (HEM) function is part of the Global Digital Health Services function and drives health ecosystem performance together with Digital Assets, Digital Health Services, Operational marketing team, and other functions in the company. The Head of the Health Ecosystem Management reports to the Digital & Marketing Director.
HEM function lives at the intersection of marketing, digital assets, and services. It is focused on customer and user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell. As well as be the "glue" connecting Assets and Services through efficient delivery of Shared Services. The Head of HEM is responsible for understanding market trends in terms of clients' & customers' behaviors, the evolution of competition offerings and USPs, and market players' challenges and needs. In this regard, it feeds into the corporate digital strategy and digital assets/services strategies and development plans, ensuring a differentiated value proposition to business partners and an easy and intuitive experience for the final customers.
Working in coordination with Digital Assets, Digital Health Services, and the Operational marketing team, HEM is responsible for driving the business performance of the Ecosystem globally.
Main Tasks:
Team Management
Develop and lead the team of Growth managers & Specialists by implementing team objectives and goals in line with corporate strategy and corrective action plans if needed.
Manage team members' development plans in line with their aspirations/capabilities and corporate needs
Market & Customer Intelligence
Build a market and customer intelligence framework to monitor at global, regional, and local levels major industry and digital trends from the Ecosystem perspective
Structure data, develop a deep understanding of market trends and customer usage patterns, and translate it into business insight to be shared to support product development and marketing initiatives.
Strategic Planning, Solutions Innovation & Performance Monitoring
Develop and implement a digital health ecosystem strategy at a global & regional level aligned with company business objectives to achieve strategic goals focusing on profitable growth and client retention.
Identify and implement new technology solutions/tools to enhance the company's digital solutions, marketing framework, and capabilities
Investigate market demand for new solutions, generate and contribute to innovation proposals that include market analysis, business justification, target customers, and projected revenue, engaging if needed, local market business managers
Manage and report on all assets, and set benchmarks, goals, and measures for key performance indicators of success. Report on effectiveness and adjust strategy as necessary to maximize results.
Communicate and align plans and roadmaps with critical stakeholders and hold accountability for maintaining the best customer experience and business impact achievement.
Go to Market
Work with Digital Assets & Digital Health Services teams to create value propositions by combining assets and services to create value propositions and translate them into a coordinated roadmap.
Drive Ecosystem performance – maximize value creation in the entire value chain, lead partnership activities, design go-to-market strategies
Manage Customer journey orchestration across all assets and services into one unified user experience
Provide share services to other teams, e.g., UI/UX, Strategic project management
Support local business managers to analyze the market and identify new opportunities for existing products and promote the deployment of the existing digital offer in the most consistent and standardized approach
Work in close collaboration with Operational marketing in developing client and customer communication elements to convey the value proposition, customer journeys, and USPs of the company's digital solutions to the key market stakeholders, B-Partners, and end customers.
Train Sales teams on digital offer and support function in tenders and demos for B-Partners
Initiate go-to-market campaigns & monitor the performance, support Operational Marketing in developing -collaborative workflow and deliverable integration within IT and Operations to optimize effective digital marketing campaign delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
10 years in e-Commerce or Digital in any line of business
BSc of MSc in Marketing, Business Management, or any other relevant business studies
Physically fit to carry out duties.
Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Good level of communication in English – written and spoken
