Job Purpose
To support the performance management team through full cycle, and ensuring that the goals being set by the organization for teams, individuals, and management are being met.
Job Responsibilities - Functional
Performance Management
• Contribute to the design, review and implementation of a renewed performance management approach.
• Work with the team to ensure all relevant performance indicators and actions are set up correctly in the performance and management tools. Liaise with Managers to ensure such plans, strategies and indicators are reviewed and updated in a quality, timely manner.
• Support in develop policies, procedures and guidelines related to performance management.
• Draft communications and presentations related to performance management.
• Collaborate with the learning team to provide support to and answer questions from managers and staff regarding learning offerings. Support managers and leaders in their succession plans.
• Support in preparation of documents and presentations to HRBPs, staff and managers across all levels.
• Liaise with relevant consultants and vendors.
Job Responsibilities - Organizational
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
• Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies and standards.
Safety, Quality & Environment
• Apply safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
Continuous Improvement
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Job Stakeholders - External
Global HR Consultancies and Associations, Ministry of Labor (regulators).
Job Requirements - Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or any related social science field.
