Your responsibilities
Service delivery - Implements customer support strategy in order to achieve targets levels of service quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Customer and sales support - Ensures customer satisfaction by executing Service/Spares delivery according to customer order and expectation. Creates and maintains a good relationship with customers and understands their needs. Identifies new sales opportunities and takes influence in convincing the client for the complete service portfolio.
Documentation and reports - Maintain database of orders with status for each phase.
Performance targets - Ensures achievement of established targets, through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed.
Focuses on achievement of Inventory Turn on Finished Goods, Requested On-time Delivery, Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Customer Relations and Satisfaction - Ensures the resolution of customer issues.
Supports sales team in pre-sales or after-sales service with resolution of customer issues and by ensuring effective and efficient customer communication even by specific commercial communication tools.
Implements and maintains customer support processes.
Operational excellence - Proactively identifies suggestions for product, quality and customer service improvement and discusses them with management for changes.
Health, safety and integrity - Actively ensures that HSE practices are of high standard. Works to eliminate unsafe practices and incidents.
Processes and Tools - Consistently applies functional processes considering links to other teams.
Your background
Ideally, you'll hold an Engineering Degree with Automation or Electrical / Management Degree
More than 2 years proven working experience in order handling.
More than 02 experience in ERP system like SAP.
Excellent client-facing / handling and technical convincing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills and time scheduling.
Fluent in English language is required.
