We are a cool bunch building a strong design team to simplify and unify payments all around our region and connect them to the world. You will play a significant part to bring ideas from concepts to release while advocating for clean and understandable solutions.
As a Tapster You Will:
Innovate and design Tap’s product experience across all products and channels.
Work closely with the senior director and product managers to improve every aspect of the product experience.
Create & maintain Tap’s design system.
Be the gatekeeper of Tap’s design principles: Smooth, Familiar, Reliable, Clear and Unified.
Collect and analyse user feedback and behavioural data analytics to ensure we design the right experiences.
Support and mentor the design team, you’ll help raise the bar for Design at Tap, improving our community of practice.
Embedded in various product squads, responsible for all design artefacts required.
Other duties, as assigned based on the demands of the business and growth of the role
What You Bring to the Party:
You are a creative and positive designer with 5+ years of experience in user interface design for businesses.
Open-minded, curious and interested in the payment space.
Mastery of Figma and other design/animation tools.
Experience in designing and maintaining complex design systems.
Strong expertise and background in app design.
Experience presenting user experience journeys, and advocating for design choices with senior leadership.
Self-starter that can work autonomously and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-shifting environment.
