Responsibilities

The Hotel Manager coordinates and manages the day-to-day operations of the hotel and attends and participate in all Planning Committee meetings and events

Being a member of the Hotel Leadership team who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the Hotel, focusing on the Rooms Division, the Food and Beverage Division and the Spa.

Ensure all Four Seasons Hotel Policies and Procedures are followed.

Provide leadership and management for all operational hotel personnel: directly for two key management personnel and indirectly for management, non-management personnel.

Implement action plans to correct problems identifies in Operations Standards Surveys (e.g. LQA and Employee Voice Surveys).

Accepts responsibility for the health, safety and welfare of the hotel guests and employees.

Respond appropriately in the event of any hotel emergency or safety situation and comply with all local codes and ordinances with a focus on guest and employee safety.

Represent the hotel to civic, business, industry and local government.

Requirement

· Previous experience in a Hotel Manager role is preferred

· Proficiency in English is a must

· Knowledge of fluent Arabic will an advantage

· High degree of analytical abilities

· Proven record of building strong relationships with all stake holders

· Outstanding communication and presentation skills

· Travel is required for training, conferences and recruitment
