Compliance Supervisor, STC, Riyadh, KSA

Job Purpose:

The role holder is responsible for ensuring the implementation of Shared Services policies/procedures. The role holder is also responsible for data collection, preparation and submission of required reports. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Develop and approve the comprehensive SS annual quality and compliance plan. Ensuring that policies and procedures have compliance processes in place is vitally important for bottom line results. Undertaking periodic compliance monitoring to ensure that stc’s policies, procedures and standards are being complied with and escalates to management significant. Assesses compliance risk in developing its annual work plan. Ensures that auditing and monitoring for key compliance risk areas occurs. Manage the relation between SS unit and Audit department. Assist Supply Chain Compliance leadership with data calls and analysis of data Coordinates findings and metrics with appropriate management personnel and presents recommendations to address needed improvements.  Ensure alignment with stc Corporate Compliance function through regular reporting of compliance activities and non-compliance issues related to internal/external regulations Provide access to all required inputs, systems, tools, data, information, processes and reports to Corporate Compliance to plan and validate compliance planned assessment initiatives related to the units Collaborate with Corporate Compliance to provide required inputs, information, and reports to plan and validate compliance planned assessment initiatives related to the units Provide Corporate Compliance Management Department with the compliance related training needs and awareness content and where necessary support with delivery Provide Corporate Compliance Management Department with the compliance related risks data including violations and develop adequate mitigation actions. Represent and act as Unit Risk champion to facilitate and implement Risks & Business Continuity strategy, framework, methodologies, processes, procedures, and requirements in coordination with Enterprise Risk Management Ensures Risk and compliance frameworks & practices are developed and applied consistently and coherently the unit in accordance with the risk and compliance framework and guidelines from the corporate. Identify business risks related to unit (financial, operational, technical and regulatory)

Qualifications:

Degree :   Bachelor Degree, Masters Degree

Major :   Business Administration, Engineering

Years of experience :   5 - 6 Years

Nature of experience :   Prior experience in SS compliance/audits in a large-scale consumer service oriented industry is preferred Prior experience within the KSA region and/or the Middle East region including knowledge of SS compliance/audit environment and context is preferred

English level :   Fluent

Professional certificates :  Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA)
