You will be working as Asst. Project Engineer and will be the part of Electrification Business Area for Distribution Solutions Division located in Dubai, UAE. In this role you will be responsible to supports Project Manager in successful execution and closing of the assigned project/s by coordinating with required functions involved. Same is based on the techno-commercial requirements of the contracts, customer’s expectations and by suggesting the bottom-line optimizing ideas to project manager. This is in line with compliance regulation and the internal rules.

Your responsibilities
Support Operation Manager for the project activities, to handle the project internally (if required), understand the project requirements. Check and keep project manager informed on the incoming project documentation.
Generate the regular project documentations such as project schedule, progress reports, FAT invitation, milestone documentation etc. Coordinate with various internal depts. as per requirements of the project.
Keep track of invoicing, variations, payment receipts, internal and externals goals etc., and efficiently manage the project documentation and keep track of the project milestones. Handle the documentation for initiating the procurement action. Further follow-up and monitoring of timely receipt of material.
Keep track of non-conformance and monitoring corrective actions to control costs and schedule throughout the project lifecycle. Keep Operation Manager informed on the major issues / change.
Help project manager for handling commercial documentation and to engineer for compliance statement. Keep track of change / modification in the project.
Attend the customer meetings as per requirement and site visits.
Your background
Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of experience in similar.
Knowledge on LV switchgear systems, MV switchgear, PLC’s.
Project management added advantage.
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
