Detailed Description:
To maintain customer relationships and manageresolve their various issuesmatters To assist Relationship Manager
To ensure timely execution of customers instructionstransactions in order to run the customer relationship in a smooth manner
To maintain internal work environment in order to action tasks in timely manner maintaining account data MIS for internal use

To ensure timely reviews and to present clearly risks and mitigants and provide thorough analysis of information financials and add value by providing extensive analysis of information relevant to the portfolio being handled

Business Development
Quality of service and number of potential asset businesses identified from existing liability portfolio
To monitor the creditdebit turnover on periodic basis and advise relationship team for significant variations and suspicious transactions Also to identify potential accounts for asset business from liability accounts by handling operational issues of those accounts as well

Processes
Accuracy correctness and timeliness of reportfiles other documents
All documentation and MIS reports pertaining to the portfolio to be updated on timely basis and ensure filing system is properly maintained To ensure that security documentation is valid and are being received from customers and lodged with credit operations on time

To respond and resolve ManagementBSU requirements or queries pertaining to GCD QA INA Central Bank CRAD immediately with turnaround time kept at minimum keeping them informed of the progress at all times and ensure that accounts are managed in all respects during RMs absence during leave or on customer calls
