Your day to day
FINANCIAL RETURNS: • Assists in the preparation of monthly C/L deductions for all staff. • Delivers invoices and obtains acknowledgment from the clients’ office. • Visits the client's office and to follow-up the payment as directed by the Credit Manager. Manager. • Collects payment from the client's office and provides receipts to them. • Lists down all payments and deposits same to the Front Office Cashier on a daily basis. • Keeps control of cash receipts and cheques received by Collector forms. OUR PEOPLE: • Have a good knowledge of all hotel facilities and be able to answer questions in a quick, polite, and helpful manner whenever enquired by our customers. • Co-operates and communicates with your colleagues, Supervisors, and Management to ensure effective departmental teamwork and high morale. • Perform other tasks at the level of the role as directed by your line manager in pursuit of the achievement of business goals. • Ability to work as part of a diverse team with colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures, and countries. GUEST EXPERIENCE: • Assists in retrieving supporting documents for C/L invoicing when required and in arranging files in the record rooms from time to time. • Consistently provides and maintains the highest standard of customer care and service. • Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all times. • Ensures that suitable office wear is worn well pressed and in good • Handles any guest complaints or problems promptly and ensures that all resolved/unresolved incidents are reported to your Supervisor. • Be security conscious with respect to guests, staff, and hotel property/welfare and report suspicious circumstances to your Supervisor. RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS • Files invoices in respective files. • Pulls out all paid invoices as per payments listed on cheques received by the Collector and hand-over to A/C Receivable Supervisor on a daily basis. • Files reports, miscellaneous vouchers, cash receipts, and invoices in respective files. • Maintains stock of stationery in the credit section. • Carries out any other tasks requested by the Management. • Assists in invoice preparation /copies and supports.
What we need from you
Qualifications: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the same role in a 5-star hotel - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet - Able to manage multiple tasks - Flexible attitude - Good attention to detail - Experience in purchasing, stock control, merchandising, and inventory reporting is preferred.
