As a VP of Engineering at Udrive you have a crucial leadership role in the development and maintenance of our technology. You will have the opportunity to drive real impact on the way our team collaborates, achieves common goals and most importantly share your knowledge based on real world past experience to all team-members. We expect additional cultivation of team culture on key areas such as ownership, mastery, and purpose.
• Lead and grow our tech team
• Advocate and implement technical and organizational best practices
• Assess, build and maintain technical architecture with the purpose of building products that
scale both geographically and deliver value to the customer
• Develop, together with the team, a roadmap for implementing software engineering
practices for higher code quality.
• Build a team culture that is collaborative, inclusive, and respectful.
