Service Engineer – Chemical, Agile Consultants, Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

– Carryout the job assigned for water treatment for Customer.
– Liaison with sales team, contractors, and our suppliers and provide smooth water treatment to our client.
– Developing process engineering in support of day-to day operations, maintenance, and monitor activities.
– Monitoring / evaluating performance & maintaining water treatment plant.
– Troubleshooting in the following areas: cooling water treatment, boiler water treatment, process water treatment, chilled water, wastewater, domestic water, swimming pool water, Grey water, TSE recycling treatment, etc.
– Providing technical inputs for operating procedures. O & M of UF, RO, MBR, DAF, MMF, Softener, UV, Cu-Ag ionization, De-ionization, Dialysis, CSSD, Pumps etc.
– Commissioning & Troubleshooting, coordinating with suppliers for water treatment controllers / dosing systems.
– Programming & Interface the controller to BMS/SCADA and Control Panels/ Electrical Panel.
– Knowledge on Ethernet/IP address communication. Review current treatment program (Case Study) & provide enhanced technical support. Corrosion coupon monitoring.
– Biological control measures based on onsite spot /lab test methods.
– Calibration of special sensors like PTSA, Fluorometers, Online corrators, Turbidity, ORP etc.
– Coordinating with equipment suppliers for troubleshooting the dosing systems (Controllers, Pumps, Sensors) etc.

Job Requirements:

– Must have 2-3 years of experience as a service engineer in the chemical division of water treatment industry.
– Education: Bachelor’s of Engineering – Electrical/Electronics & Communication or equivalent.
– UAE Driving License preferred.
