Job Purpose
Assume the responsibility to support the finance & accounting team to develop their future vision and the roadmap to achieve it. Also, to support the finance team in the way to realize their vision.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Build business plan standard forms, templates and guidelines in FINANCE department
- Conduct orientation session to all participant in plan preparation in the SU FINANCE department
- Provide plan delivery schedule to meet target date of submission in FINANCE department
- Share accumulated strategic direction from management /EMC/ customer and other related stakeholders to the respective function
- Development of the vision, mission, strategic objectives, initiatives and KPIs as per alfanar practices
- Building strategic objective for FINANCE department that is well evaluated and selected based on deep assessment of the current situation and in relation to the SU vision.
- Manage committees’ meetings
- Financial controller in translating the plan content to the budget
- Provide standard platform for committee's management and governance
SKILLS
- Eager to build a career in Planning & Strategy Management
- Experience in Project management activities
- Coming from a finance/Accounting Consulting background
- Worked on Finance/Accounting projects in diff. fields
Qualification
Bachelor in Business Administration or Accounting and Finance
