Accountabilities:
Programs Design:
Design and customize the learning programs whether in-house or through the collaboration with the 3rd party providers according to the identified objectives to ensure the effectiveness of the learning solutions.
Develop the learning solution and content development process according to the set standards of NAHDI Academy to ensure the excellence and effectiveness of the solution provided.
Handle the 3rd party provider relationship starting from the sourcing phase into managing the contract and reporting on the quality performance of the provider against the set KPIs.
Support in designing and updating the talent development policies and procedures ensuring a fair, clear process in place yielding positive business results.
Learning Operations:
Design and deliver in-house learning solutions according to the approved annual learning calendar
Execute logistics details of the learning programs delivery (venue / facilitator / content / participant readiness) to ensure the flawless execution of the learning solution.
Consolidate all approved learning solutions into a learning calendar ensuring minimal operations disruption to the participants and their respective departments.
Manage the learning and development need analysis process through; exploring organizational and business objectives, supervising the identification of departmental and individual needs to ensure full business alignment.
Manage the effectiveness and utilization of the company eLearning portal (E3LAM) and report on the enrollment of company employees against the defined targets and KPIs.
Evaluate the learning program effectiveness applying the related standard NAHDI Academy procedures to ensure positive business results.
Department Management:
Manage the performance of the assigned team through monitoring the KPIs achievement, coaching, following up any obstacles, provide performance feedback and conversations, coaching…etc. to ensure the achievement of the set objectives.
Develop and manage the talent development periodic reports and KPIs and communicate it effectively to the respective stakeholders to ensure the excellence operation of the function.
Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

Indoors : 80%
Outdoors : 20%
Working Days : 5 Working Days
Days off : 2 Days Off
Working Hours : 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hour break)
