In a small dynamic team in charge of Wholesale and Retail for Middle-East and India, the Merchandising & Operations coordinator ensures the supply chain process & stock optimization while developing analysis and merchandising strategies in order to maximize business opportunities and growth potential reporting to the Business Development Manager.
Your main responsibilities are:
Commercial Support
- Consolidate reports (Market/POS/Product Lines) and give recommendations in line with the Brand strategy and the WFJ category
- Monitor the performance of the action plans in place and consolidate the results
- Manage and keep track of client orders, monitor their sales & forecasts
- Communicate the SOA to all partners and follow-up on the payments
- Implement relevant KPIs and analysis to review assortments
- Support Finance team on annual inventory and audit needs
- Act as a product expert, share best practices and relevant analysis to Paris
- Support the whole WFJ team with commercial and operations needs
- Ensure alignment of the department strategy to drive growth
Management of the supply-chain process & stock optimization
- Plan and monitor all product deliveries and transfer requests to ensure timely launch of collections and client request fulfilment
- Share reports on stock level & delivery rates
- Responsible for orders and their follow-up in systems (selling goods, PLV, etc.)
- In charge of all custom and transportation related topics
- Take part of any group projects on operations that would require local implementation and be the referent for the local coordination
You have a proven experience in Merchandising or Supply-Chain (3-5 years) in a Retail environment.
Pro-active, autonomous, rigorous and organized, you are able to implement all global projects and make recommendations to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of operations. Most of all, you are hands-on and solution oriented. You have excellent interpersonal skills and an agility in your communication.
Strong analytical skills and you must be at ease with information systems.
English is a must.
