About this opportunity
We are now looking for HR & Admin Officer our plant in Saudi Arabia in Jeddah, which produces aluminium beverage cans. The position reports directly to the HR Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Crown team in Saudi Arabia.
Main Responsibilities:
• Training, Map out annual training plans for management, HR, and all departments. Records all training programs, assessment test and feedback training. Ensuring employees receive required training.
• Recruitment, participate in recruitment efforts, posting Job advertisement, organizing CV and job application external & internal hiring.
• Employee Engagement: Coordinate and manage a wide range of employee engagement activities on regular basis.
• Communication, maintaining records and files all types of Internal & external Audits and suppliers. Assist all employees to get proper answers.
About you
Bachelor's Degree graduates in HR or Business Administration. Candidates with a professional qualification in HR, CIPDL3/5 or SHRM with minimum 3-year experience in HR department. A strong command of English (both written and spoken) is required.
