Responsibilities:
- Perform work according to standard engineering principles and practices and compliance with company standards and quality system procedures.
- Responsible for the preparation of external utilities design and tender drawing for submission and distribution prior to work implementation.
- Ability to prepare External Utilities design drawing (Leveling, Water Supply and External Drainage networks) using AUTOCAD, AUTOCAD CIVIL 3D and bills of materials.
- Develop networks and other utilities synthesis plan such as LC, LV, MV, HVAC and Plumbing
- Create and document concepts, sketches, models, layouts, submittals, instructions, and complete production packages.
- Coordinate compilation and alignment of plans with other section’s cad designer.
- Responsible for updating all lists of documents concerning the project
- Perform design calculations, prepare material and equipment’s specifications, and provide preliminary sketches and notes for drawings.
- Reflects calculation sheets submitted by engineers into drawings.
- Assist external works engineer in new design solution and design drawings standards improvement.
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience in civil / CAD design and production of design documents
- Associate degree in Computer Aided Design, Engineering Technology, or similar program experience
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
