Business Development Manager - Middle-East, Exeo, Dubai, UAE

JOB SUMMARY

The business development manager - Middle-East is based in Dubai and his/her mission is to grow our client base and act as a single point of contact with clients, following their services engagements and making sure successful achievements of the desired commercial objectives.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Business & Financial


  • Conduct market studies and analyze the competitive landscape;
  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives;
  • Commit to renewal and new business targets.


Client Acquisition

  • Plan sales campaigns;
  • Develop the business sales and marketing strategy;
  • Create a sales pipeline;
  • Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods;
  • Use the different communication channels in order to prospect and target new clients;
  • Negotiate pricing with clients and suppliers;
  • Acquire new clients;
  • Present to existing and new clients the company portfolio;
  • Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle;
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
  • Follow services engagements with clients to make sure that 100% renewability is achieved;
  • Cross sell clients to increase the service penetration of the portfolio of EXEO;
  • Make sure that clients are always up to date with our latest developments and innovations that can help them enhance the way they work;
  • Act as a point of contact for key clients;


Internal Collaboration

  • Develop a strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive;
  • Prepare  financial objectives by forecasting and present forecasts and analysis to directors;
  • Update the CRM and documents sales activities in the online tools;
  • Liaise with Exeo consultants and sales operations in order to develop client proposals.

  • Meet new business volume target requirements.


MINIMUM COMPETENCIES:


  • Bachelor degree;
  • Experience with client relations;
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills;
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
  • Customer-focused, excellence-driven, very ethical;
  • Passionate, energetic and capable to inspire; 
  • Pursues excellence in all aspects of business;
  • Good leadership and team working skills;
  • Native Arabic speaker and proficiency in English;
  • Working under pressure and being able to deliver results on time;
  • Client oriented and team spirited. 


THIS IS A PLUS:


  • A knowledge of Agile methodologies;
  • Education preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering;
  • Knowledge of digital technologies and how they can help organizations
