Payoneer is looking for a highly talented Sr Marketing Manager, to be one of the pioneering members of our MENA (Middle East & North Africa) team based in Dubai. The incumbent will be tasked to enable millions of SMBs and professional businesses in MENA to get paid globally with Payoneer’ s fast, flexible, secure and low-cost solutions. The role reports to the Regional Head of MENA based in Dubai and will collaborate closely with other marketing team members globally.

You are an energetic, motivated self-starter able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and to grow new and existing accounts. You have strong initiative, solid written/verbal communication skills unflagging attention to detail and an overall commitment to excellence. You are a passionate, committed professional with a keen sense of people, high intellect/intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand positioning: Establish and consolidate our brand in MENA. Collaborate with local media & PR agencies to drive our brand story.
  • Pipeline Generation: Conceptualize and execute campaigns that drive high quality leads to fuel our sales funnel and deepen our engagement with our existing customers
  • Content Creation: Be the leading writer within our MENA team responsible for localizing our content throughout all platforms to accurately tell the story of Payoneer to our target customers - including writing blog posts, localizing the website and writing and commissioning whitepapers
  • Influencer Outreach: Engage with others in the ecosystem who can talk and write about Payoneer and be an evangelist to a relevant audience
  • Social Media Management: Daily market research through social platforms, actively engaging with customers and prospects through Payoneer’s social properties as well as those of others
  • Marketing Collateral: Work closely with Sales to create battle cards, datasheets and product focused content
  • Events: Create and launch activation campaigns like forums, networking dinners and roadshows in high density SMB hubs, and identify avenues to partner with a keen focus on return-on-investment
  • Webinars & Podcasts: Organizing periodic online seminars to engage our customers in partnership with sales and partnership team members

Skills, Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree strong preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in ATL and BTL marketing
  • Experience in working with SMBs and proven track record of generating high quality leads for the business
  • Experience with Social Media channels like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn
  • Solid background in blogging, content creation and analytics
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and align goals to deliver on them
  • Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results
  • Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills with colleagues all over the world
  • Passion for finding new ways to connect with your community
  • Great at building and growing relationships with business partners, customers and colleagues (team player)
  • High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure

The following would be considered a plus for candidates:

  • Experience in eCommerce is a big advantage
  • Experience in the Payments Industry is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce, data analytics & BI tools preferred
  • Experience working in an international company
