To be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the hotel property both internally and externally along with equipment services and grounds
Key Responsibilities of Senior AC & Refrigeration Technician :
- Develops and implements strategies to maximize guest satisfaction and proactively addresses problem resolution
- Maintains facilities and equipment by conducting inspections on a regular basis to determine need and extent of service, equipment required, type of operation, and maintenance needed
- Ensures that the physical plant is operating in a safe, efficient, and orderly fashion by directing all phases of maintenance, repair and renovation
- Assigns work orders by priority, and delegates duties work in the absence of the manager.

Requirements:
- Minimum Experience: 8 Years
- GCC Experience: 5 Years
- Diploma/Certification in AC & Refrigeration
- Must possess knowledge of
- Selecting, installing, replacing heavy duty compressors, fan motors, condensers etc
- Maintaining and repairing heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and other related systems such as electrical systems, heat pumps, and chillers
- Cold rooms, chillers, freezers, refrigerators, ice machines etc
- Brazing, welding, correct gas selection and applied pressure
- Working with manual or power tools
- Must be multi-tasking with good knowledge of electrical wiring (three phase-single phase & star-delta) & plumbing works
- Must be aware of pool water testing & treatment process.
