Customer Engagement Manager (CEM/Inside Sales), Rhinestahl Corporation, Dubai, UAE

Overview

 

The Customer Engagement Manager (CEM) is responsible for business development efforts for transactional offerings at Rhinestahl CTS including engine stand leasing, tooling flow purchases, Future Drive, and others. This role will be responsible for all commercial-related activities which include prospecting for new customers in collaboration with Marketing, email and phone engagement to sell transactional offerings, follow-up on flow quotes to seek a win and identifying and securing engine stand leasing customers in region. This role is a critical member of the CTS Commercial team and the successful candidate will possess and demonstrate a results-oriented mindset and can-do behaviors. The role will carry a bookings goal and be responsible for achieving sales-focused metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with RCMs, Marketing and Program Teams to understand commercial strategies and define customer segments to target
  • Meet and exceed order bookings goals as established from new tooling and services.
  • Engage with and educate customers on Rhinestahl CTS offerings and develop/share insights from customer feedback.
  • Assist in the identification and development of inside sales processes and best practices including feedback on the standard cost; market pricing engine, reporting, and Salesforce.
  • Conduct prospecting activities to identify new potential customers using tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and enter into Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on designing and executing email and nurturing programs for prospective customers.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers through superior service, quick turnaround on requested quotes and execution on commitments.
  • Actively manage transactional opportunities through all stages of the sales funnel in Salesforce, effectively quote through Epicor and provide timely and accurate order bookings forecast.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field of study
  • 2-3 years of professional sales, customer support or business development
  • Demonstrated capability to engage customers and present a value proposition
  • Self-motivation to research, find and engage new customers regardless of roadblocks
  • Experience developing/maintaining trusted relationships.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels inside and outside the organization.
  • Results oriented – driven to produce positive results
  • Negotiation and business transactional skills.
  • Self-discipline to manage time and priorities.
  • Sales experience in aircraft GSE and/or tooling and related services.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM system is a plus.
  • Required travel to customers and/or trade shows 10% annually.
