The Client is a real estate development company, providing master development services and property development.
Your new role
- Give accurate and timely counsel to executives on a variety of legal topics (labour law, joint venture partnerships, companies’ setup, board resolutions, SPAs, financing documentation, memorandums, etc.)
- Experience with drafting and reviewing FIDIC contracts
- Collaborating with management to devise efficient defence strategies
- Specifying internal governance policies and regularly monitoring compliance
- Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
Educational Qualifications:
- BSc degree in Law or J.D. degree
Professional Qualifications
- LLM degree in Law or relevant certification is a plus
Years of Experience
- Minimum 5 -7 years of similar experience
- Work with one of the biggest master developers in the country
- Flexible working options
- Report directly into the C suite
