• Establish and implement an efficient project-related document control register and procedures.
• Establish and maintain a correspondence filing system.
• Plan, supervise and record document flow to and from all necessary parties, including clients, sub-contractors and the project office.
• Follow up to expedite the review and approval of documentation, including designs, procedures, instructions, product certification and records.
• Issue and track location of all documents and drawings.
• Issue transmittal letters and receipts concerning the documents in circulation.
• Obtain information for and prepare standardised reports.
• Word processing of documentation in accordance with the company’s templates etc.
• Support the project monitoring and tracking of activities including compiling and reviewing project metrics
• Develop and maintain project related databases and reports
• Design and support project coordination meetings, events, prepare presentations in support of project needs
• Preparation of approved vendors list for project and RFQs to vendors.
• Evaluation of vendor bids and preparation of recommendations for award.
• Verifying the confirmation and acceptance of the materials for invoice payment.
• Preparation and issue of relevant procurement reports on a regular basis.
• Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the relevant Quality Assurance system.
• Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the Project.

Minimum 5 years related experience.

Full command of English.
