3. JOB PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE:
-Managing all kind of maintenance activities (Preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance , break downs emergency cases)
-Define maintenance & energy KPI’s and work with team to achieve the targets
-Responsible for the smooth operation of all equipment. Management of Maintenance team including the recruitment, retention and development of mechanics, engineers and workers.
- Reviewing, planning and replenishment of equipment, parts and tools as needed. Maintaining minimum stock levels as per operations requirements, ensuring maximum availability.
-Sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts for parts, equipment and services.

· Maintain performance levels of equipment with the least possible down-time for production lines
· Minimum costs with least down-time for production lines
· Reduction on reliance of external parties- reduction in maintenance costs.
· Ensure utility cost per ton is per budget
· Responsible to ensure maximum usage of resources with minimum time, risk, and expenses to the company

Safety Responsibilities:
Have direct responsibility for some aspects of SHE, work on day-today basis with those who ensure AAFB meets SHE commitments.
Ensure that the team and the safety meetings are held regularly and that the over-all safety performance of each division within the operation is assessed.
Responsible for the infrastructure to meet environmental goals e.g. air emissions, etc.
Review of work areas for Hazards; be a member of risk assessment team and responsible for action plan review and/or implementation and feed back to management

. Quality Responsibilities:

Control the spare parts inventory.
Achieve gains in production performance through work reorganization and facilities configuration

Manage improving the quality and efficiency levels of the lines and decreasing the cost considering the AAFB standards.

7. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree or post graduate in engineering.
Minimum Experience:
8 Years of food manufacturing maintenance management knowledge and experience, in which 5 years in Maintenance management level.
Functional Knowledge:
Able to lead, manage strategically, and motivate maintenance teams.
Good level of understanding and experience of commercial, business and financial management (KPIs and their drivers).
PPM/TPM skills and execution
Job-Specific Skills:
Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing maintenance process.
Knowledge, experience and implementation of lean or similar manufacturing practices.
Manufacturing Environmental Health & Safety.
Leadership of Engineering Projects
