About this opportunity 

As a Digital Performance Specialist, you will be working with key dental clinics across the UAE to develop and execute digital strategies to drive the awareness and adoption of the full Align digital platform including Invisalign clear aligners, iTero intraoral scanners, digital workflows and Align digital tools. This position is a 6 months contract.

 

In this role, you will… 

  • Conduct an assessment and evaluation of key dental clinics, including their sales and marketing objectives, strategies, patient awareness, lead generation and conversion processes and their current awareness, understanding and adoption of the Align Digital Platform
  • Following assessment and evaluation of accounts, you will develop clinic specific digital strategies to address key growth opportunities identified in the clinic and achieve set targets for digitization and Invisalign growth
  • Implement specific and measurable plans to increase website traffic, drive lead acquisition and conversion for Invisalign treatment
  • Implement SEO strategy, including website assessment, CRM optimization or development, social media strategy development
  • Support the clinic to optimize their digital marketing budget (primarily SEO and SEM) to ensure the ROI of each of the programs and campaigns
  • Support the clinic with training and implementation of Align digital tools
  • Analyze and provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve website traffic with Google Analytics, dashboards and relevant business tools
  • Partner with the clinic marketing manager/management and digital agency in measuring and optimizing media buys on a daily / weekly basis
  • Report and track performance against targets and KPIs (weekly/monthly) with the ability to quickly address challenges and make changes based on market insights and trends

 

In this role, you’ll need … 

  • Proven track record on successful implementation of digital strategies from development to execution
  • Budget management experience
  • Strategic and execution experience with SEO and SEM
  • Experience with Google Analytics and proven ability to capture and collate data in a presentable and useful way
  • Ability to draw insights, make recommendations and implement changes to increase conversion across key programs
  • Lead measurement of UX experience in driving key platform metrics and conversion
  • A growth mindset with a passion for advancing digital dentistry and working hands on with dental clinics, doctors and clinic marketing and management teams
  • To be a strong team player, accountable, innovative, courageous, collaborative, trusted and empowered
  • Results oriented - naturally strives for the best performance and has the willingness and motivation to learn
  • Highly organized - with effective time management skills, ability to prioritize, advanced quarter activity planning, focus and determination to achieve targets and account plans
  • Excellent sales and marketing skills, demonstrating a challenger and consultative approach
  • Action oriented – takes the initiative and is proactive
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication and presentation skills, to give the best advice to clinics  
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional groups internally and externally
  • Expert in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and experienced using computer aided sales systems
  • Proficient in deriving insights from data, fluent in slicing/dicing data
  • Basic technical knowledge is a plus (HTML, reading ASP, PHP code...)
  • Fluent in English (Arabic preferable)

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor degree or above in business, marketing or related field
  • Performance and digital marketing experience mandatory (min. 5 years)
  • Experience on Amazon search (AMS) preferred, Google AdWords or other marketing/media platforms experience a plus
  • Industry background in the human sciences, medical devices field, preferably with products that are sensitive to active consumer/patient demand
  • Experience and knowledge of UAE dental market is preferred
