The Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition will support the Talent Acquisition Manager in planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies. You will work closely with the hiring managers within your division to recruit most efficiently and effectively whilst ensuring a great candidate and stakeholder experience.
Responsibilities
- Proficient in application of suitable and effective sourcing strategies and tools for niche roles
- Sourcing and maintaining a pool of highly qualified candidates in order to sustain the manpower attrition and new demands of the company
- Adherence to standard global recruitment processes and maintenance of accurate information and data with regards to the same
- Enhancing the job interviews process for key and specialized roles, job offer negotiations with selected candidates and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Business partnering with the stakeholders to identify areas of improvement
- Maintaining campus recruitment programs with universities and institutions to build talent pipelines
- Maintenance of specific recruitment hiring metrics and dashboards
- Build a strong working relationship with HR (including COE) and business leadership.
Qualification:
- Bilingual is preferred
- Graduate/Post Graduate in HR/Business Administration/Psychology
- MBA in HR/Psychology
- Good knowledge of candidates selection methods
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize workload
- Solid background in end to end Talent Acquisition process
Specifications:
- Certification in LinkedIn recruiting tools/ Naukri recruiting tools
- 7 - 8 yrs experience in leading recruitment and selection functions
- Experience in healthcare/ IT industry will be an advantage
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Excellent Stake holder management skills
- Proven organizational skills, especially as they relate to data collection and reporting; following established compliance procedures; and timely and accurate communication.
