Job Description
Training:
- Conduct training needs analysis using a validated assessment methodology for dealers’ sales and service staff to resolve appropriate training path
- Define the sales consultants, the sales managers, the service advisors and the service managers certification program based on training needs requirement analysis
- Define learning objectives, training session outlines, presentation and trainer guidelines, student work guide and course test questions assessment for all required courses
- Design the final assessment methodology and content for certification
- Deliver impactful and engaging training by providing a set of professional standards of delivery to participants enabling them to effectively apply the learnings when taking care of customer inquiries in their dealerships
- Maintain a set of professional standards in the training delivery process and proficiency with updated training skills programs All Cadillac Middle East Training requirements, from product portfolio to services (OnStar and future developments), dealer training, and EV readiness
- Ensure a smooth transition from Instructor Based to Online Courses for all Cadillac related training material
- Continuous improvement and development of new training material to support sales, CX, marketing, service and parts.
- Support internal Cadillac training facilitation
Network Planning:
- Assess and recommend the Cadillac ideal network plan to meet Cadillac ME’s accelerated EV rollout in line with the projected sales objectives
- Analyze all current facilities within the region on EV readiness and recommend facility improvements to support the future plans
- Analyze EV trends within markets (Middle East Operations and Levant) and make recommendations on facility strategy
- Work with internal cross functional team members to align on overall GM vision
- Work with dealers, architects, and vendors to make sure the design execution, materials, and signage is to corporate specifications
- Dealer compliance with corporate design and image elements. Meeting timelines that have been agreed upon for facility development
- Take care of local laws and customs when it comes to facility design, location, and functions
