Job Description:

  • Designs, develops, and maintain the recruitment process in the Strategy and Service’s group organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
  • Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
  • Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
  • Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and be a subject matter expert in supporting the business plans ongoing.
  • Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
  • Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization in conjunction with the sourcing lead and Graduate lead.
  • Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
  • Manage and develop the team of Senior Recruiters as well as support the Sourcing lead, localization lead and operations lead..
  • Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
  • Design’s training recruitment for Recruiters and line managers as well as ensures the cross-function activities within the recruiting function.
  • Managing the Candidate & Manager experience for significant sized business units and for managing relationships with those stakeholders.
  • Engaging with candidates to ensure they are progressed efficiently.
  • Be the POC for several recruiting projects and strategies
  • Collating market research and providing insight to the business on talent pool sizing, competitor movements and the Accenture Employee Value Proposition.
  • Following up agency relations and internal controls processes. You will perform end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers, HR, and business to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives.
  • Demonstrate concern for meeting changing business needs, meet requirements in a manner that provides customer satisfaction and customer delight. Interact with business leads at all levels at every opportunity and continuously introduce innovation ideas.
  • You will directly work directly with Middle East Recruitment Director to implement several local and global initiatives that support and develop our sourcing capability, candidate/ manager experience, localisation and Inclusion & Diversity programs.
  • Develop approach for recruitment systems initiatives, critical components, and timeline, ensuring scope is clearly defined and expectations are articulated to all team members and key stakeholders involved.
  • Responsible for developing the strategic approach to support all Recruitment and HR initiatives required by the business, establish critical components and timeline, ensuring scope is clearly defined and expectations are articulated to all team members and key stakeholders involved.
  • Ensure that Accenture face to the market and maintain up to date market knowledge and expertise in various geographical recruitment trends and practices, providing guidance and support as needed to Entity Recruiting Leads.
  • Conducting and distributing reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identifying issues and recommending actions.
  • Participating in projects and/or initiatives within or outside the team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/ Master’s degree preferably from HR, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial or Management Engineering and other related departments.
  • Have at least 5 years within a lead role managing a complex recruiting function.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle preferably in Consulting international companies.
  • Working within the Middle East market is essential minimum 5 years.
  • Knowledge of recruitment employment laws, practices, and policies.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Arabic is preferred
  • Experience in recruitment transformation process and projects, change management, diversity.
  • It is essential that you have experience of sourcing and leading in a fast-paced large MNC professional services firm or large regional organisation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to invoke change.
  • Subject matter expertise in recruitment through social media channels, personal brand management and recruitment marketing.
  • Have led and managed multiple key stakeholders and have a proven history of business partnership
