Summary
To be leader of team and establish project planning that will support the overall project objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable to the Project Manager and Head of Reactivations for all the aspects of project coordination
- Provide full secretarial and admin support to the project team and department to ensure the smooth running of the department operations
- Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda
- Preparing and update of various logs and registers
- Receiving, dispatching and filing of all technical and non-technical documents in

Essential:
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- It is strongly desired to have previous work experience as a Project Administrator with an International Drilling Contractor.
- You will have a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- You will need excellent communication and presentation skills
