JOB TITLE:                  Optics Pre-Sales Sr. Manager for Saudi

DEPARTMENT:              NI RBC MEA

RESPONSIBLE TO:        NI RBC MEA

RESPONSIBLE FOR:     Optics pre sales leader for Saudi

 

What you will learn and contribute to

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:

Optical Network Business Development for Saudi Market

Main Job objectives  :

a.  To be the trusted technical solutions advisor for the Saudi accounts

b. To support customer designs/solutions

c. To  handle the RFP proposal prepapartion and network design

d. To provide design guidelines for optimal usage of the solutions and associated platforms in customers networks

e. To raise customer feature requests to Product Management and R&D

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:

 a. Create New Business Opportunities by proving the value of Nokia optical network solution to the customer

 b. Define the short term , medium term and long term strategy in partnership with the customer in optical networks

 b. Identify the customer needs and provide feature request to Product Managementa nd R&D

 c. Initiate and Lead  innovative proposals 

 d. Ensure an high quality technical response to the customer RFPs

 e.  Lead the technical and commercial negotiation with the customer

 

Your skills and experience 

Mandatory Competences/Skills:

Optical Network in depth know how at Product Management or R&D level

Experience in DWDM  R&D or Product Management

Preferred Competences/Skills:

 Knowledge of 1830PSS product and features

Knowledge of NFM-T and NSP platform

Experience in Tendering and RFP preparation
